Dagr (KvK 72126906) handles your personal data with care, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This page explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and what rights you have.

Your reservation and order

To take and manage your reservation we process your name, email address, and the payment confirmation from our payment provider.

• Purpose: to process your reservation, deliver your pillow, and handle any refund.
• Legal basis: performance of our agreement with you.
• Retention: for as long as needed to fulfil the order, and afterwards for the period the tax authorities require us to keep order records.
• Processors: Stripe (payment) and our hosting provider Cloudflare. Once we ship, a carrier processes your delivery address.

Contact and launch email

• Contact form: your name, email, and message, used only to answer you. Processed by our form provider, Web3Forms.
• Launch email: if you ask to be notified at launch, we keep your email for that single message. Basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Website statistics

We use privacy-friendly, aggregated visit statistics to improve the site. We do not run advertising trackers or build profiles on you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a working website.

Cookies

We keep cookies to a minimum. We do not set tracking or advertising cookies. Any cookie strictly needed to run the site is placed on the basis of legitimate interest; anything else is only set with your consent.

Sharing with others

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers listed above, who process it on our instructions under their own data-processing terms, and only where the law requires us to (for example, a valid request from authorities).

Security

This site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we choose providers that apply appropriate technical and organisational safeguards.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your data, to limit or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy. You can withdraw consent for the launch email at any time. Write to hi@dagrsleep.com and we will respond within the legal term. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
