These terms apply to every reservation and order placed with Dagr through this website. By reserving, you agree to them. They follow Dutch consumer law and never limit your statutory rights.

Who we are

Dagr is a Dutch company, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under KvK 72126906. You can reach us any time at hi@dagrsleep.com.

The reservation

A Dagr reservation holds you a spot on the first production batch.

• You pay a €10 deposit today, which reserves your pillow.
• The remaining €109 is due when your pillow ships, for a total price of €119.
• We aim to ship within three months of your reservation. If that date moves, we tell you within a week and you can cancel for a full refund.
• The agreement is formed once we confirm your reservation by email.

Cancelling before shipping

You can cancel your reservation at any time before your pillow ships, and we refund your €10 deposit in full, with no fee. See our refund policy.

Right of withdrawal after delivery

As an EU consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your pillow. Within that period you may return it without giving a reason.

Hygiene exception

A pillow is a hygiene product. Your Dagr is delivered sealed. Once you break that seal, the right of withdrawal no longer applies, because the pillow can no longer be sold to someone else. This is the standard rule for sealed hygiene goods under Dutch and EU law (art. 6:230p BW). So if you want to change your mind, do it before you open the seal. This does not affect your rights when something is wrong with the pillow. See warranty below.

Warranty and conformity

Your pillow must do what we promise and match its description. On top of your statutory rights, your Dagr carries a two-year warranty on the shell and seams against manufacturing defects. If something is faulty, we repair, replace, or refund it.

Delivery

At launch we ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, and Austria. Other countries follow once logistics are in place. We deliver within the time stated for your reservation; if we cannot, you may cancel for a full refund.

Price and payment

Prices are in euros and include VAT. Payment is handled securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Complaints and disputes

Not happy? Write to hi@dagrsleep.com and we will respond within 14 days. EU consumers can also use the European ODR platform.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Nothing here limits the mandatory rights you have as a consumer under EU and Dutch law.
