Refund policy

We want you to reserve with confidence. This explains exactly how refunds work at Dagr, before and after your pillow ships.
Before your pillow ships
You can cancel your reservation at any time before it ships, and we refund your €10 deposit in full. No fee, no questions. Write to hi@dagrsleep.com from the email you reserved with, and we take care of it.
After delivery: the 14-day window
As an EU consumer you have 14 days from receiving your pillow to change your mind. Because a pillow is a hygiene product, one condition matters:
- Seal unbroken: if you have not opened the seal, you can return the pillow within 14 days for a full refund of what you paid for it. You cover return shipping.
- Seal broken: once you have opened the seal and slept on it, we can no longer take it back, because it cannot be sold to someone else. This is the standard rule for sealed hygiene products under Dutch and EU law.
So if you are unsure, decide before you open the seal. Our quiz and honest guide exist to keep the wrong pillow from reaching the wrong person.
How to return an unopened pillow
- Let us know within 14 days of delivery, by email to hi@dagrsleep.com.
- Send it back, sealed, within 14 days of telling us.
- We refund within 14 days of receiving it, to the same payment method you used.
If production is delayed
If we cannot ship within the time we promised, you hear from us within a week, with a new estimate and the option to cancel for a full refund.
Faulty or damaged pillows
This is separate from changing your mind. If your pillow arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us and we repair, replace, or refund it, even after the seal is broken. Your Dagr also carries a two-year warranty on the shell and seams. This is on top of your statutory consumer rights.
